Securing Your Date

To secure your date, you'll need to create an online booking account. Through this account, you can submit your photography information to us based on the service you need. Filling out this form, entering the date, and so forth are the first steps to ensuring resources for your photography. The next step is to make your deposit payment within 3 business days. Once your deposit payment has been made, you can be rest assured that we'll show up and show out.

When Problems Arise

Things don't always go smoothly, and sometimes, promises are broken. We hope to never be on this side of the relationship, but life happens, and we understand.

Deposit Made But We Can't Show Up

The client is refunded their deposit and given ample notice of cancellation.

Deposit Made But Service Needs to Be Canceled

The client loses their deposit. If a full payment was made, the total balance minus the deposit is refunded.

Deposit Made But Service Date Needs to Be Changed

Deposit applies to changed date.

Deposits and Refunds

The purpose of the deposit is to reserve resources for the client. Without it, the photographer would potentially miss out on business because a client changed their mind. We want to avoid that here and focus on serious clients who want fantastic photography. If you have money on the line, you're much more likely to follow through than otherwise. Considering that clients in this industry sometimes do not know what they want, it is necessary to keep business operations flowing smoothly for all parties.

Full Payment (Due On Arrival)

To secure resources for your photography, a deposit payment is all that is required. However, you may also make the whole payment to get that task out of the way and focus on getting the best out of your photos. A full or deposit payment can be made by logging into your account and clicking on payments. Note: Please remember that you must have a confirmed service before you can make a payment for that service.

Turn Around Time

Due to our great online system, we can usually turn around your edited photos in three days. However, sometimes it does get busy around here and it may take up to a week, but expect a maximum of 5 days. If photo retouching is included in your service, then the turnaround varies on a case-by-case basis.

Legal (Terms of Service)

We provide photography services that capture the hard work of others.

We expect to be in an environment suitable for photography. There should be minimal risky areas to travel with expensive equipment. If such areas exist, the photographer must be notified prior to the service.

We walk around with very expensive equipment that usually has a considerable amount of weight. This can cause fatigue and a need for a break every now and then. Any accomodations applied to aid the photographer in their work are appreciated.

Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We promise the quality of our work to be similar to the photos here on this website, if not better. This is the only promise we can make in regards to your satisfaction. We hope you appreciate our style, but if you are not satisfied with your images, we will take your concern seriously and search for a path to compromise.
